Terms of Use

By using this site you agree to these terms.

Information only

ThePokies publishes general information about an online casino brand. We are not an operator, do not accept bets and do not offer gambling services.

Age and location

You must be 18 or older. Online casino access is restricted in many countries. ACMA has blocked thepokies.net as an illegal offshore gambling website, and Australian access is restricted. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.

Reported offers

Bonuses, limits, payment methods and licence details are taken from the operator and secondary sources and may be out of date or wrong. Terms are set by the operator. Nothing here is a promise that an offer is available to you.

No advice

Content is not financial, legal or betting advice.

Links

External links are provided for reference. We are not responsible for third-party content.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time.
